Kakyoin had been so convinced, after leaving hospital and rejoining the Crusaders to face Dio, that he had gotten past what the powerful century-old vampire had done to him.

He couldn't have been more wrong.

Dio might not have managed to kill Kakyoin in the final battle, but surviving while constantly plagued with the intensely horrifying memories and fears he has left him with proves quite a challenge.

His eyes scream a message he is too afraid and ashamed to verbalise:
Help me.
