Kakyoin is at last undergoing mental health treatment and is showing improvement. One day, though, during a conversation with Rohan, he thinks out loud about that day when he had a breakdown, unwittingly confirming through implication that things had been just as Rohan had feared: he was suicidal at the time. Kakyoin doesn't quite realise he's let the cat out the bag until he's already said it.
