Kakyoin, who has to get up a fair bit earlier in the morning than his manga artist boyfriend for work, gives Rohan a kiss on the forehead before leaving. Ordinarily, Rohan would be rather disgruntled if someone dared to disturb his sleep, but it's him, so it's very much the opposite of a problem.
